A sculpture at the Downtown Mountain View Transit Center. This is a multi-modal center served by buses, Light Rail and Heavy Rail (Caltrain). I don't know the actual name of the piece, I will have to check the neck time I am in the area.

My Travel Companion

My Travel Companion

Fellow rider on the New York City subway. Winter 2008.

It beats me how he could sleep with the yowling noise of the train all around us, but he did. And it gave me cover. I saw this guy and was dying to take his picture but didn't want to attract attention. So to be safe, I held my camera in my lap and pretended to be fiddling with it while actually tripping the shutter. God bless that 12-20 lens! I knew I didn't have to aim too accurately to catch something, and that's exactly how it worked.
